The Benton County Auditor's Office will be holding a special 3-day filing period for the offices that did not have anyone file during the regular filing period in May, this includes the Director District 3 and Director District 5 positions on the Kiona-Benton City School Board.

If you live in either of those director districts, please be sure you file. The special filing period will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6, and go through Friday, Aug. 8, at 4:30 p.m. You can file using the online candidate portal found at www.bentoncountywa.gov/auditor.
