Mark and Lori Loften Receive SEWASA Community Award

On June 1st, school districts from around the region celebrated the annual Southeast Washington Association of School Administrators (SEWASA) banquet. During the ceremony, each district recognizes a community member (or group) for their contributions to local students. Kiona-Benton City School District was proud to honor Mark and Lori Loften for their work in the Benton City community.

“Mark and Lori exemplify community members who support kids in all of their activities, from lunches to athletics, from student awards to hiring qualified students as employees," says Superintendent Pete Peterson.  "They recognize that today’s students are tomorrow's community leaders, and we appreciate everything they continue to do for our community.”

Congratulations!
